Refund applications with the status ?Pending Authorization? have been issued using the option ?RA Issue Pending Authorization?. Before they are processed and forwarded to airline´s review, they need to be approved by an agency administrator. In order to release the refund application, select the option "RA Supervise", choose the document in question and click on "Issue". The document will be "approved by the Supervisor" and forwarded to the carrier. Please note that only Enhanced users are able to approve the refund applications ?Pending Authorization?.
