There is only one automated email you receive from ICCS informing that the reports are available on CitiDirect platform.

Users will receive this notification and can download the report from Citidirect. Or, if the member completes the Citidirect AFRD form, the reports can be sent straight to the users mailbox. This is the Automated File and Report Delivery option (AFRD).
