Answer
The BSP services are accessible to IATA Accredited Agents only.
IATA has ensured that the IATA Accreditation program and the BSP are fit for the purpose of NDC sales in addition to GDS operated sales.
Your appointed IATA Agents can continue benefiting from all BSP services including simplified reporting for all forms of payment and remitting procedures for both GDS operated sales as well as NDC airline sales, provided your NDC airline (or your IT provider on your behalf) reports its NDC sales through the BSP.  
Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS) Codes allow bookings to be recognized by industry suppliers. They are however not IATA Accredited Agents and therefore not supported in BSP.
