Answer
SIS allows submission of billing data in IS-XML and IS-IDEC formats following a single invoicing standard.

The file specifications are provided in the IS-IDEC and IS-XML Record Structure documents, available in the SIS Participation Guide package .

To support development and implementation, samples files for all billing categories and transaction types are available. A dedicated testing environment is available free of charge to all SIS participations and can be used at any time during and after implementation.
