Where can I find the IATA (BSP/CASS) Calendar?

There are two ways of getting to your BSP / CASS / CNS / SIS calendar:
 

• Click Profile > Company Profile > Company Calendar (or use this direct URL: https://portal.iata.org/s/company-profile?tab=calendar) 

 

• Through the home page of the IATA Customer Portal, scrolling down to the Weekly Calendar. Within that view you can see the upcoming dates for this week. If you click See All, you will be taken to the full calendar overview.

On the Company Calendar page, you can see the applicable calendar for your agency or airline. If you want to change country or operation, you can do so using the Filter option.

You can also download the calendar in PDF, CSV (Excel) or ICS (calendar format).

The ICS format allows you to load the dates directly into your calendar client (such as Outlook).
