Answer | First, the invoices will be made available for you through the Simplified Invoicing and Settlement (SIS) service in the IATA Customer Portal and other channels between end of October and mid November.Depending on your Agency type and country, the annual fee invoice will be made available following the below structure:

* The following countries do not have SIS: Chile, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Libya, North Korea, Singapore, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Uruguay, United States and Vietnam. |
