- 48 business hours after the payment is made via IATAN Online Services for US cardholders or after the application is approved by the ID Card team for non-US cardholders.

Physical/Printed ID Card Delivery:
- Standard delivery: within 2 to 6 weeks upon the payment is received
- Expedite delivery: 4 to 8 business days
If you have not received the printed ID Card, please create a case with Topic: ID Card (Print/Digital) and Subtopic: Product Delivery on the IATA Customer Portal. Kindly include your full name and IATA Code in the Description field and attach proof of payment of the ID Card.
