Answer
The BSP reports available in BSPlink are in Adobe Acrobat Reader (in PDF-format (.pdf)) or WinZip compressed or Excel files. Users need to have both a WinZip and an Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed to their PCs. Both Adobe Acrobat Reader and WinZip programs can be found and downloaded for free from the BSPlink main site . Click on Requirements/Help to display the list of downloadable applications. Sometimes the ASCII files are offered as an alternative for some reports. ASCII files can be viewed through a range of Windows plug-ins such as WordPad and NotePad as well as any other program capable of reading ASCII and text files.
