Answer
The primary purpose of the Management Information Reports (MIR) is for proactive agency risk management by IATA field offices, working closely with the regional hubs to support local engagement on potential risk to industry funds. These reports will identify Agents in each BSP with significant deviations in their sales amounts, together with their related financial security coverage as provided to IATA where applicable, as well as information on the percentage utilization of financial securities for all Agents that have provided a financial security to IATA.
