Please be informed that the financial security details of an active IATA code can't be disclosed for legal matters. According to the last PSG meeting held in September 2011, IATA's policy of "Non-disclosure of Bank Guarantee information" was reconfirmed. In addition, this was raised under item R44 at the last PAConf when IATA Senior Legal Counsel again advised that IATA was not allowed to disclose information on individual bank guarantees. Such disclosure would be anti-competitive.
