Answer
If an Agent's Bank Guarantee expires and the Agent fails to renew it by the deadline, the Agent no longer meets the resolution 818G / 800F as the agent will not have a valid finanical security. IATA may suspend the Agency from BSP/CASS until a new Bank guarantee is submitted and financial standing of the Agency is again satisfactory.
