If the code is no longer required kindly log a query on the IATA customer portal at www.iata.org/cs advising that you wish to voluntary surrender the codes. Be clear to indicate which codes you wish to surrender. Please note that the codes will be recalled upon receipt of the query, and confirmed through a letter of recall sent to the airline. If the codes are not to be surrender with immediate effect then the query should state the effective date of the surrender.
