These are any additional reports  (i.e. HOT - Hand-off Tapes - files etc.) and products charged to BSP and CASS participants on a monthly basis. Complete ISS price list is published on the Airline Billing website http://www.iata.org/airline-billing. These charges are invoiced each month together with SCU charges and Central Management Fees (for BSPs) in a single invoice. Non-IATA members are charged 50% surcharge for any additional service.
