You can find all the information regarding your billings in CASSLink.
To access CASSlink, go to "My Services" and select "Casslink"
Once connected, go to “Output Services” and then click on “Output Agents” (as shown below)



You may also check the preliminary billing information in Output Services and if necessary, request a correction. The preliminary billing is uploaded by Airlines for information purposes and is not the final billing.  






You should always check your correction billing to view the final amount to be paid to IATA. The preliminary and correction billing files will be available in CASSLink as per the CASSLink calendar.



When you open your correction billing, you should check the Grand Total which is the final amount to be paid to IATA for the corresponding billing period.
