You can view your final billing amounts, remittance dates and the status of your payments in the IATA Customer E-Statement (ICE).

You can find this service under "Favorite Services" on the Customer Portal homepage.

Here you can find information such as remittance date, billing amount, billing adjustment, amount to be paid and the status.



Whenever you have a pending payment, you can attach the proof of payment by clicking on the attachment button next to the payment status.

Once you have made the payment, it takes ICE up to 3 business days to be updated. The status of the payment will then change from `Pending` to `Fullpayment`.
