No problem at all.

On the login page, click "Can’t access your account?". Then, enter your email address and a 4-digit PIN code of your choice, followed by Request.

You’ll receive an email from us with a link to reset your login details. Simply follow the prompts on the page using your 4-digit PIN to reset your password.
