Answer
Cardholders may obtain the digital ID Card free of charge. 

For cardholders in the US: you can re-issue and pay for the physical ID Card via IATAN Online Services. The fee, as the card will be for one year from reissue, is USD 30.00 or you can request a replacement ID Card with the same expiration date for USD 25.00.

For cardholders outside the US, you can request and pay to reprint the physical ID Card on the ID Card Online Platform.
