For cardholders in the US, please contact the agency's owner, manager or administrator to register all eligible persons working at the agency location by completing the Travel Professional Profile Form.

For cardholders outside the US, please login to the ID Card Online Platform with your VER# and the IATA Agency Code of your previous company. Click on "Request Change of Agency" in order to enter the new IATA Agency Code.
