- For cardholders in the US: please contact the agency's owner, manager or account administrator to amend the company information via IATAN Online Services.

- For cardholders outside the US: please create a case with Topic: ID Card (Print/Digital) and Subtopic: Update Account Details on the IATA Customer Portal. Kindly mention the IATA Code and what information you wish the change/update in the Description field.
