Answer
Please note that once an E&F invoice is uploaded to the IATA e-invoicing SIS platform you will get a notification. In order to activate your SIS account please submit an application via the "Join SIS e-Invoicing" service available in the Customer Portal. Detailed instructions on how to submit your application are available here. Once the application is completed, one user access is offered free of charge to view and download electronic invoices from the SIS platform.
