It is not possible to make changes to a booking without canceling it first.
If you would like to register for a different course or session, withdraw from the booking you wish to change and register again. Please note that prices may vary between sessions and locations due to the tax laws in the country of purchase.
As per our
Cancellation Policy, a booking can be canceled up to 21 days before the course start date with a full refund for classroom courses and 14 days for virtual classroom courses. If you would like to make a change to your booking less than 21 days/14 days prior to the course start date, a fee may be applied.
Please contact us by logging in to your
IATA Training Account on the Customer Portal and then
create a Case.
