Answer
You can cancel a classroom or virtual classroom booking directly from your IATA Training account provided that the cancellation is made more than 21 days before the classroom course start date, or 14 days before a virtual classroom course. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Once logged into your IATA Training account, go to the "My Bookings” tab and select the course you wish to cancel. Click on “Withdraw from this booking". A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to you by email with further details.
