Answer
We currently offer TASF in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Panama, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom and it's easy to activate Travel Agent Service Fee (TASF)!

If you're located Argentina and Spain, please scroll down for the full instructions.

How to activate TASF
If you're in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Panama, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, follow the below steps.
  • Go to the Documents section in the IATA Customer Portal, and look for the Terms and Conditions in your country - click here!
  • Sign the Terms and Conditions, and send us back a copy of the signed document. You can do so through the "Reach Us" option.
  • For Italy, Panama or the United Kingdom you must also email the document (see below for further details).
  • Contact your GDS so they update the configuration at their end, to be able to issue TASF transactions on airline code 954.
  • You can now report the transaction under 954!
You will start receiving the transactions on your BSPlink billing report.

The related charges for using the TASF service will also be included in your BSPlink billing report, as an ADM/SPDR transaction reported under airline code 955.

For Argentina and Spain
  • For Spain, go to the Documents section in the IATA Customer Portal, and look for the "Carta de Intenciones Servicio TASF" and the Terms and Conditions - click here!
  • For Argentina, go to the Documents section in the IATA Customer Portal, and look for the "Acuedro TASF Carta de Oferta" - click here!
  • Sign the Terms and Conditions, and send us back a copy of the signed document. You can do so through the "Reach Us" option.
  • In addition, mail us the original copies to the Montreal office (for Spain) or the Argentina office.
  • Contact your GDS so they update the configuration at their end, to be able to issue TASF transactions on airline code 954.
