When your agency undergoes an important change such as a change of name, location, ownership, shareholding, legal status or location type, it's important to inform IATA as early as possible. If you're not sure what type of change your agency is undergoing, you can reach out to our Customer Services team to further clarify.

Informing IATA of the change

You can inform IATA by following these steps:
  1. Login to the IATA Customer portal - portal.iata.org
  2. Under Services, go to the IATA Accreditation & Changes service
  3. Within the IATA Accreditation & Changes, select Agency Changes
