You can update your email address when renewing your ID Card online; however, should you wish to update the email on file without renewing the ID Card, please create a case with Topic: ID Card (Print/Digital) and Subtopic: Update Account Details on the IATA Customer Portal. Kindly include the IATA Code, the VER # and your new email address in the Description field.
