In order to start using ICCS in a BSP/CASS operation, you need to submit your request through the new ICCS Portal service. You can find the service under find it in the "Services" tab of IATA Customer Portal.
 
If you wish to implement ICCS in a BSP/CASS operation that you are about to join, ICCS activation can be requested within the BSP/CASS online joining form.
