| Answer | You can download the form to submit a new bank account or update an already existing ICCS bank account by clicking on the “ICCS Bank Accounts details” below and downloading the form. This form can also be found in the Resources Tab of the Customer Portal.
Kindly follow the guide on the first sheet, to complete the form on the second sheet of the excel file. Bank account management is very important; please make sure to always double check taht all needed information is completed and to also include a correspondent bank if needed.
