We run the AirSatisfaction survey in a very specific manner whereby our representatives approach passengers directly when they are about to take a flight. The selected passengers then receive an invitation card with a dedicated login to fill out an online survey.

If you happen to be approached by our representative in the future, we hope you'll participate in the survey and share your flying experience!
