Answer
Where an airline participating in a BSP ceases operations, either temporarily or permanently, due to financial or other reasons , or becomes subject to bankruptcy, moratorium of debt , reorganization or related proceedings , or defaults on a material obligation under the BSP , that airline may be suspended from BSP operations. This means that all transactions are frozen and ticketing is not possible through IATA Accredited Agents.BSP Management will advise other BSP airlines and agents accordingly. Agents will be advised of procedures to follow for refund of unutilized tickets that were issued for cash and paid for through BSP.
